30 Day Return Policy

In the first 30 days you may return 100% of items purchased through this website for a full refund. Here is how:

 

  1. Contact us via phone or email and arrange for the return. Please do not ship anything back until you have contacted us.

  2. Make certain that all boxes, manuals, cables, etc are returned with the Hello Hub. It should be in "as it was received" condition. If it is missing items including manuals, boxes, etc or there is damage, an appropriate restocking fee will be charged.

  3. For Amazon purchases the product must be returned to Amazon as it was received within the first 30 days. After the first 30 days the Hello Hub is returned to us here at ring-u.

Our 90 day no hassles, risk free, satisfaction guarantee covers all of the ring-u products and services. Specifically, the ring-u Hello Hub and any monthly services that are subscription based. It does not cover products such as phones or peripherals manufactured by anyone other than ring-u llc. Any international long distance or 800 number overage charges are not refundable as they are not subscription based, but rather pay-as-you-use services.
