accessory product warranty

All non-ring-u branded products such as Grandstream Phones and other phone system peripherals (that were purchased directly from ring-u on our website or through one of our product listings on a reseller portal such as Amazon) have a  manufacturer's 1 year parts and labor warranty effective from date of purchase.  We often honor these warranties as a replacement warranty just as we offer with our own products. This is determined on a case by case basis. We will work with our customer to determine if the unit is defective and if so will immediately ship a replacement unit free of charge, or in rare instances direct them to the manufacturer. We will require the defective unit be returned to us for inspection if we provided a replacement device.
